I particularly enjoy studying and observing emotions in play. They always ARE, but being consciously aware of one's own feelings, down to the way the body react is an art form. Some people tend to call me a 'monk', 'superior', or 'robot' because THEY want to argue for their limitation. In the arguing for the limitation (a condition), they are saying:
"I am comparing me against you and/or who i am not presently, and I will be harsh in criticism against myself through that comparison, and if you disagree, you are the/(a part of) the problem".
These are the ingredients of anxiety, victimization, reclusion, blame, narcissism, sociopathy, and pessimistic tendencies. And yes, they are all choices. They are actions/states of being. Anyone thinking they didn't do something on purpose are not consciously aware of their feelings and NEED to justify their perceived lack of control on influence. Perceived.
Unless it's something "good", like an accomplishment or great milestone. Then it's "I'm great! See what I did?!?!".
Revelry, celebration, assurance, boldness, regalness. I think you know where I'm headed, but again, all choices, and all are actions/states of being.
Understand that emotions produced within align an individual with a state of being and inspired action ALWAYS follow. There is no exception. ALL action comes from inspiration, and all inspiration is stimuli for the state of being chosen. It's the "doing things intentionally" part that has many confused. You are always intentional, or, on purpose. And while some people are masterful at influencing positive behavior, they are labeled 'motivational '; some people are masterful at influencing sinister behavior, they are labeled 'manipulators'. In both instances, there is deliberate or indeliberate choice to wield the power of emotions.
This blog? Inspired action. Reading the blog? Inspired action. Sharing this enlightening blog with people? Inspired action.
In fact, there are many of us whom go through life WITHOUT discovering the meaning of our individual stimuli, alignment with THAT, and actions that may follow from that state, inspired actions. For this reason, the perception of feeling overwhelmed is prescribed with medication or self-medicating through drug usage is chosen to dull the senses.
The futility of this says "I dislike my natural senses so I don't need them".
I encourage learning what it means, in the like of a child learning not to touch a hot stove. I wouldn't suggest putting a form of cast or gloves over an individual's hands, let alone cut off appendages in order to NOT feel. Experience is a master teacher!
You CANNOT point outward for your choices through action, no matter the length of consideration or lack thereof. Action came through the commitment of consideration and choice. There is no exception.
We are all equally powerful in perception.
A grass blade can become a tree. An acorn, a by-product of a tree, can become a massive, grand oak tree. It's shadow can cast protection and relief from the elements. It's produce, more acorns, can become food or more oak trees. The oak tree can be fashioned into planks for floors, shelter, ships ... I can go on and on and on, but I think you get the point.
Essentially, all perception can be expanded. There is no exception.
The only factor needed to be considered, really, is choice. Does it feel good or bad? If it doesn't feel good why are you doing it? Regardless of choice, you will satisfy a perception by looking for evidence of it; justification. Does THAT suggest something outside of an individual person? It. Does. Not.
Practice. It'll lead to your mastery. In everything, that is guaranteed. Experience is a master teacher!
